Effective October 9, 2020, customers can now request a refund of funds on their RPR cards.You will need to send the completed RPR Card Balance Refund Request Form and RPR card(s) by mail or courier to:

The amount of the refund will be based on the balance of the RPR card(s) on the date of processing. It will take approximately four weeks to mail a refund cheque to the address identified on the RPR form. Please be sure to include all of the requested information to avoid any delays in processing.
