What if the page I am viewing is illegible or difficult to read?

If the page is difficult to read or illegible, try searching for a Retake. This service will find any pages that were rescanned after the initial imaging due to visibility issues. If you don’t find the Retake in your search, you can request for an investigation through the General Questions form. On the form, select the Category “Illegible image” and provide the geographic description (lot number and plan or concession number), the page number located at the top of the abstract page and, if available, the book number in the Description field.
