Your address may not appear in OnLand for one of these reasons:
- Address not provided during registration – Some properties were registered without a municipal address in the land registry system.
- Vacant or rural land – Undeveloped lots or rural properties may not have an assigned municipal address.
- Newly created parcels – Recently subdivided, developed land or condominiums may not yet have an updated address in the registry.
- Condominium units – While the building may have a street address, individual units might not be listed. Use property details to narrow down the specific unit.
Tip: If you know the property’s PIN (Property Identification Number), you can still search and confirm ownership details even if the address is missing.
Note: Easements or rights-of-way are legal interests in land, not standalone parcels, so they typically do not have an address. To check for these, search the associated property.
